Senior Clinic
Starting from September 2025, individuals aged 65 and over will be able to visit a private general practitioner's office at a cost that matches the customer fee charged in public primary healthcare.

As a customer aged 65+, you will now receive higher reimbursements for the following.
Doctor Visits:
Starting from September 1, 2025, those aged 65 and over can visit a private general practitioner for a fee equivalent to the public primary healthcare customer fee. In 2026, the customer fee will be a maximum of 30,20 euros per visit, including video or phone consultations.
Laboratory Tests:
If a doctor orders a laboratory test, you will pay half of the costs yourself. For example, if the maximum price of the test is 12 euros, you will pay 6 euros.
The goal of the project is to provide retirees with better access to primary healthcare—safely, with patient safety in mind, and with high quality.

Driving Licence Medical Certificate from €190
A Group 1 driving licence medical certificate is intended for drivers of passenger cars, motorcycles, mopeds, and tractors. During the examination, the physician assesses, among other things, vision, general health status, and any illnesses or medications that may affect driving ability. The certificate is required, for example, when applying for a driving licence or when requested by the authorities as part of a medical fitness assessment.
A Group 2 driving licence medical certificate is intended for drivers of heavy vehicles such as trucks and buses. As operating these vehicles places higher demands on the driver, the examination includes a more comprehensive assessment of health, vision, and functional capacity. The purpose is to ensure that the driver meets the medical requirements established for professional drivers and drivers of heavy vehicles.
An Extended Driving Licence Medical Certificate is a more comprehensive health assessment, typically required for older drivers or when the licensing authority requests a more detailed evaluation of driving fitness. In addition to vision and general health, the assessment may include evaluation of memory, cognitive function, medication use, and other factors that could affect road safety. The aim is to ensure that the driver can continue to operate a vehicle safely in traffic.
